The Dedham Museum & Archive (DM&A) was previously known as Dedham Historical Society & Museum (DHSM). The current name reflects the importance of both the museum collection of objects and the archival collection of historic documents, maps, and other records.
Trains Return to Dedham Museum
During the Dedham Square Holiday Stroll!

Additional hours: Saturday, December 2nd, 11:00-2:00
Watch O-Scale locomotives running along the tracks as steam engines blow smoke and diesel engines race to deliver their passengers and holiday loads. Among the trains’ destinations will be a main street aglow with lights and shops, all blanketed with a fresh winter snowfall.
This is a free event open to all.
Thanksgiving Week Hours: The DM&A will be closed Wednesday, November 22 through Friday, November 24. Please visit this Saturday from 11:00-2:00 during one of the two open weekend days per month. The DM&A will reopen the following Tuesday and resume usual hours.
