“Building of Route 128” lecture January 15, 2015

Join us for author and lecturer David Kruh as he traces the origins of the late 1920s, when the Massachusetts Department of Public Works cobbled together a makeshift network of existing roads through Boston’s suburbs. The lecture begins at 7:30 pm in the Society’s auditorium. Admission is free for DHS members; $5 per person for non-members. Doors open at 7:00pm.

This lecture based on the book, Building Route 128, which Kruh co-wrote with author and speaker Yanni Tsipis. Copies of his book will be available the night of the lecture.
