Dot Day was celebrated in Dedham Square on Saturday, September 13th, two days before International Dot Day celebrations around the globe. Dedham Museum & Archive, TLC Studios, The Blue Bunny, Books and Toys, and other locations in the Square had activities related to themes behind Peter Reynolds’, The Dot (2003), which included creativity, compassion, and community—making your mark and believing in yourself.
At Dedham Museum & Archive, there was face painting on the front porch and Dot crafts inside where young people made their mark, created the dots, and enjoyed books to read!
